The HVAC does work properly, but the interface with the stock screen has been a bit buggy. I spoke to the tech helpline, and they said I need an update. Evidentially, it's a pretty simple process, and they claim the bugs have been worked out once you do the online update.
The install kit comes with all the HVAC buttons that surround the aftermarket deck, and completely replace the stock parts. It's an impressive kit, I dig it.

Good.... by the time I get around to doing this maybe all the bugs will be taken care of. =)

now this wasn't that hard (insert sarcasm here)... can some company do an 08+ headlight projector set? lol.

Any updates on how the kit is working? I'm considering doing this, so any info is appreciated.

Any updates on this? Does it work well? Are you able to get steering wheel controls working?

*bump*

Would love to know if the bugs were worked out. And if the steering wheel controls work well.
