LED fog lights

Currently I am on the market for some good fog lights, came across with OPT7 H3 foglights in which I know these are pretty pricey but I like the 7,000 lm that is rate for, will be perfect IMO when driving in the coast specially since we are in the winter time close to the coast. I see that these come with a ballast system, what other upgrade will I need in order to throw these into the car?

Personally, I think the factory fog lights are pretty good. It's the head lamps that are not as good as they should be.
