Rust on frame

Postby Kestral » Fri May 05, 2017 5:14 am

Here in Western Massachusetts rust on cars is a never ending issue I noticed on my 2012 Pathfinder I am starting to get some rust on my frame. So should I paint it is the question? I know that sometimes you can cause more problems from painting and I don't want to do that! So what you think paint or no paint? If paint what should I use?

I haven't used this, but a lot of people like POR-15:

I've used POR-15; it's pretty good stuff!

I have used Rust-Oleum, recommended by a friend working in DSRLeasing back then. Worked like a charm.
