You need a code reader or scan tool to clear the codes. Cheap code readers can be had at Walmart for $20, or, you can go to most major auto parts stores and they will usually check and/or clear the code for no charge. As far as the code, I've heard of a lot of cases where a white crusty substance would build up inside the vacuum hoses to the swirl control valve solenoid, causing a clog or restriction. The hoses can be removed and cleared out by running a wire or pipe cleaner through them.
