That post was also two years old. $224 still isn't a bad price for OEM.

Or, there are several listed on e-Bay right now for around the $150 range.

I bought the crossbars at a local dealer, but the stanchions and bolts were out of stock.

I found the stanchions online for $11 a piece, but the bolts are too expensive at most online merchants ($5/piece). I figure I can get them cheaper at a hardware store. Can anyone tell me what size they are?

In advance, many thanks.

Might have found a set from 2005. What is the wrench size for the bolts to the rails?

Do all the bolts needed for installation come with those ebay crossbars? I'm interesting in picking up a set of these for my 2012 model S 4x4.

Mine came with all the hardware.

This seller's pics shows the bolts: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fit-For-05-12-N ... eF&vxp=mtr

Just a tip, when installing the bars, the "thicker" part goes towards the front. Or else you'll get a lot of wind noise.
