LED or HID Xenon Headlights? New Kits

Postby The Flying Turkey » Sat Aug 26, 2017 9:10 am

I ran across this ad for LED headlights and I checked them out. http://www.headlightexperts.com/carfind ... der-152173

They offer LED and HID choices, and they claim simple install with all parts included. I was wondering if anyone has used these and how they worked out?

I was thinking of going LED, but I'm worried the color at 6000K will be too blue. You can get the HID's in different colors and I'm thinking 5000K would be better.

They also have the foglight kits, and I was wondering if anyone uses the yellow 3000K color for their fogs?

I have a 2011 as well. I bought some yellow fogs since I've always liked the way they looked on my Z's when I had them. I ended up liking them pretty good on the Pathy. I have that storm grey color so they don't look as good on it as say a white/black/silver or other standard color.

Yellow bulbs were from eBay -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/2xH11-H8-LED-Fo ... 1c771f1e9a

Does anyone have any information or sources for the HID bixenon projector headlights they started selling in the rest of the world in 2011?
