Factory Grill Guard

Postby SPSERG » Wed Nov 12, 2008 4:52 am

Hello All,
I picked up a factory grill guard for my wifes 2005 PF. The lower mounts look pretty basic, but the uppers have me a little confused. I was told these were no drilling, but it looks like it requires some cuts in the bumper corners to mount those 2 brackets. If anyone has some input, or could actually snap me a picture or their's, that would be great!! :?:

Grill Guard

Well, I got it mounted up and I think it was the only possibility for mounting options. I managed to keep everything intact in case it gets pulled in the future.

Im trying to post the pics, and once I do I will get them up there

SPSERG - heya i know this is an old thread but the factory grill guard looks nice. I didn know they made one for the pathy, ive seen it on the xterra but never one for the pathy.

I was thinking into getting one as well but the dealers over here will probably void my warranty if i install anything which is not of theirs. So if you could please tell me the part number of the guard it would be very helpful, so i could ask the dealer themselves to install it.

One more question, do you think it could fit the 08 pathfinders since we've got the longer hood (2 or 3 inches longer i think).
Thanks alot,
Cheers..
