Shrader valve for what? Tires? Fuel pressure? Evap system?

No. Easiest way it to remove the fuel filter above the rear axle and use a fuel hose "T" adapter with the fuel pressure gauge. The other way is with a special adapter that...if I remember correctly...goes between the fuel pump regulator and fuel rail.
