Part missing

Postby kapsig873 » Thu Oct 04, 2018 8:46 pm

At a recent mechanic visit, the mechanic said I had a part missing. Not sure how, but its gone. It is located behind the left wheel and it was connected to some tubing. The mechanic looked at schematics with no luck trying to figure out what part is missing. They also called a Nissan dealership with no luck. I'm going to post a pic of the area in hopes of someone being able to ID the part from their truck.

Behind the left rear wheel is a plastic finisher and behind that is the evaporative emissions canister, which does have a couple of hoses that go to the top of it. The evap system pressure sensor and vent control valve also plug into the top of the canister.

On the part diagram link below, for a 2008 Pathy, the canister is part code "14950."

You need to use an image host service like Photobucket and paste the URL or you could make a short video and post it on YouTube and post the link address.
