Front grill Light mounting

Postby Graham W » Wed Oct 31, 2018 11:15 am

Anyone mounted small spots on the front grill?
Don’t really want to drill the bumper to add 2 4inch 200w
LED lights.
As they are tidy I’d like to add them onto the grill.
But obviously the grill on the front tilt backwards so would need an
angled spacer? Anyone else done something like this ?

Cheers all

Was wondering about 2 plastic balls split in half, drilled and reversed?

Done up tight they would sit in the grill holes and be angled?

Or the spacers for UPVC windows? The are wedges so can be angled too

Ordered up some interlocking wedges, with holes in the wedge.
worked out the angle to make straight is about 10 degrees.

Will stop talking to myself and put some pics up when all done :-)

Yes please do!!! Night time pics on/off are always great. I have a brush guard, want to put a light bar on it, but haven't taken time yet. How are you going to hook them up? I want them to hook to high beam, so high's on, light bar on. I don't want to mess with a 2nd switch. Good luck and keep us posted.
