Am I missing something?

Postby TooTallMike » Sat Dec 01, 2018 1:24 am

So I decided to purchase these so that when I do a lift I can get everything back to spec without any issues. But after I placed th, I received an email saying that they would cancel my order because they are not for US spec R51's

Did I misread all the posts recommending them ?

Doesn't make sense since the company is based out of Texas. We've had a couple of people use them on the forum, already. You may want to try calling the company directly and speaking with them.

Last week I also placed an order for these bushings. Received call from associate confirming that I was ordering for a U.S. Pathfinder. He said that they wouldn’t work for my Pathfinder. So he refunded money and cancelled order.

Disappointed. I was going to have shop install while installing new rear lower control arms.

They list two different kits on the page; did you order the right ones?:

Non-US and Canadian models: spf3977k
US and Canadian models: spf4586k

Looks like the US/Canadian kit is $81.11 more than the non-US kit.. Ouch!

So I'm just better off ordering them off of 4x4 parts then.

Thanks TooTallMike for posting the link for the less pricey vendor on these. I purchased a set, awaiting shipment.

Wondering if you might have an idea for bushing positioning during initial install?
...Rear alignment is out of tolerance and bolts are seized....I have the Rancho Quicklift setup and Airlift Spring bags...I’m having a local shop install them along with all 4 Rear Lower Control Arms. My installer doesn’t do alignments and I want to give him as much insight as I can.

I’d appreciate any advice you might have to offer.

Your guess is as good as mine. I'm a newbie to this realm. Hopefully they come with clear instructions or someone else who knows about it or has had experience can chime in.

I called them up after my original part would not fit. I checked website and this time they have two options US and NonUS

I called them and they sent me the correct version since when I ordered back in April 2018 there was only one part listed.

I have yet to install but I got the new parts a few days ago.
Happy with their customer service.
