Limp mode and 4wd warning light

Postby Astroham » Tue May 28, 2019 2:04 am

Hey everybody, recently came into ownership of a 2007 stl pathfinder diesel 4x4.

I drove it home the shop last night with no issues. But then took it for a drive later that night and it went into limp mode and lit up a 4wd lamp in orange. I stopped the car investigated then took the car home. Upon restarting the warning light was fone and the car drove nornally. This lasted only about 200m then went back into limp mode.

I have had it towed to the dealer who said it was due to a flat battery. Does this sound right to you? ... it just sounded like a good way to reset the code to me

Please help!!
