IMO, you need to eliminate some potential issues before going in to brain surgery on this.
Hopefully, in the long run, brain surgery won't be necessary.
The non-starting symptom(s) may be caused by many things, some simple & basic, some not.
I'm going to lean towards the simpler.........
Here's what I'd do:
charge & load test battery (replace if necessary)
clean battery terminals
clean cable clamps
be sure the clamps tighten down on the battery posts when you tighten the pinch bolts (the negative clamps notoriously do not cinch down on the negative post)
if there is anything wrong with either clamp, replace it
if it still will not start, try disconnecting the battery for several hours (or overnight), and try again
this may solve your problem
please let us know, or if anyone can think of a better "path" to take, please chime in
let us know what happens...........

Disconnect both battery cables then tie them together (keeping both away from the battery!) , terminal to terminal for a minimum of 15 minutes. This confuses the PCM Memory causing re-boot to factory specs. Keep in mind this will clear any archived codes stored.
