Oh yeah, it's the geek bling with flashing lights, just can't get enough.

Postby Jerseyparts » Fri Sep 12, 2008 6:06 am

For you guys looking for the Interior Lighting.
Nissan has introduced Accent Mood Lighting for the Nissan Vehicles.

These lights were introduced for the Versa and Sentras, but after examining the kit, I believe it will work with any Nissan vehicle.

Here is a link to a video I took:

No ambient lighting available? That seems like too much mood lighting to me. I like something subtle like Acura, and BMW have in their cars.

That picture depicts the Dark Blue light, since you have 20 different colors you can use, you can find a hue that pleases you.
I seen like 3 different shades of blue, the blue / white color comes out like a light blue, and looks good.

So, there is nothing really available for ambient lighting for the interior of the path? I like the ambient lighting that you can get in most luxury cars like BMW, Acura, and so on

I have an interest in adding some ambient lighting and was wondering if anyone has done something in this area and would share some info.

Thanks in advance...

or onto the light switch directly to turn on with the lights.

btw, the altima has accent lighting built in.

wiring is very simple, im guessing the hardest part would be the aesthetics.

murano also has a mood light built in.
those accent kits are a royal pain to install....versa, cube, sentra kits are not the same either....the fuse box connections are not the same. Also, battery saver and stuff in involved. Center console (entire), lower dash (both sides), a pillars and more have to come out. The nice thing though are the color options. You can also put it in demo mode and let it transition smoothly between all the colors. there are also lighted door sills for cube that are SWEET!
