Power driver seat non functional

Postby BAMAGRAD1995 » Thu Jun 11, 2015 10:58 am

Hey all,

I have a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder SE but have purchased a set of leather seats from a 2007 Pathfinder LE. When I installed the leather power seat in my vehicle, and connected the harness from my power cloth seat to the power leather seat, the leather seat will not will not move forward or backward, nor will the seat back recline or incline. Is there is a way to manually adjust this power leather seat for now until I can use a differential diagnosis to ascertain why the electrics are not working properly? Please advise.

You would have to identify the power and ground wires for each function and supply a power and ground to those wires to achieve movement. I do know the LE has ADP with memory seats; I wonder if that has anything to do with your issue? But, I would first make sure there's not a blown fuse.
