Vehicle Dynamic Control

Postby Kestral » Wed Feb 03, 2016 9:19 am

My 2012 Pathy was loaded up with 3 hockey players and loaded with all there gear passing a car going 20 in a 45 I hit an ice patch! The back of my truck slid to one side fast and quick then the VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) kicked in and righted the ship! Wow that can really save your "A" I was quite impressed with how well it worked.

Had that happen to me once as well. I was going a lot faster when I hit a rogue icy patch going through a turn and it kept me from going ass-over-tea-kettle. I was sold on it at that point as well.

Yes, it's a great system and amazing how much information it looks at and how quickly it puts systems in action to keep your vehicle in as much control as possible under the circumstances. It should be standard equipment on all vehicles, if not already.
