That almost looks too easy! 8)

Is that 2" x 1" steel?
And I'm assuming you just got a second set of bolts from Nissan?

That is 2"x4" 1/4" tubing and the lower bolts Are standard grade 8 the upper are metric m14x 1.50 bolts.

Ah ok...that tubing looks small in the pic!

So a 4" drop then...nice!

Easiest lift ever lol hardest part was tracking down my brake lines.

That 2x4 pieces were left over from my rear bumper so worked out great

Kudos for trying something new!

I'd suggest maybe welding something in between the pieces to lock them all together if possible - seems like a spot that could see a lot of torsional forces - my worry would be that the 2x4 would want to 'fall over' during hard cornering or if you hit a obstacle awkwardly while on a trail. My $0.02

Boxed 1/4" tubing is pretty strong. The reason i didnt run a brace there are lines for the fuel tank in the way. That was my idea but after i took it apart saw i couldnt anymore.

Looks sketchy but its pretty sturdy.

Yeah I was thinking about that too...

Maybe just tack weld a few spots for some additional stress relief on those bolts.

Nice!!!! It looks good.

I have been working on a similar setup but I am only planning on about a 2" drop bracket lift. I was hung up on needing the longer brake lines. After purchasing a couple of different brake lines to test, I was unable to get anything to work.

Thanks for the great info. Would you happen to have a part number for the Titan brake lines? The Titan front lines that I was looking at don't look like they will work, but it might be a bad photo.

I actually had to bend the banjo fitting side and straighten it out with a vise very carefully. I got them from autozone and do not have the part number handy.

The reason i went 4" tall i had left over tubing from my custom rear bumper and it gave an exact lift to my front long travel.
