The original equipment plug is the NGK #6240 (PLFR5A-11) with a 0.044" gap. This is a 105,000 mile, NGK Laser Platinum plug and what I would use. The LFR5AIX-11 is an economy iridium plug only rated for 60,000 mile; it'll work just fine but will need to be replaced a lot sooner than the 6240's. Considering how much of a pain it is to replace the #1 and #3 spark plugs, it's not what most people would want to do.
If you want to "upgrade" over the Laser Platinums and go with an iridium plug, then go with NGK #93759 (DILFR5A11). Nissan started using these in the VQ40DE around 2007-08 and they are also used in the 5.6L-V8. While Nissan still recommends a 105,000 mile service interval, they can easily go to 120,000 miles without a hitch...however, they are also more expensive than the Laser Platinums. You also won't notice any difference in drivability between the #6240 and #93759 plugs.
