CAN system problems are diagnosed by using a chart and the CAN codes found in all of the control units via a scantool to isolate the problem area. Wiring diagrams aren't going to do you much good, initially, and most of the problems usually are due to a faulty control unit or bad ground. The diagnostic procedure for CAN problems as well as the rest of your codes, along with wiring diagrams, are all located in the 2005 Pathfinder factory service manual. Nico Club's site has full service manuals available for free download, among other places.
