Junky replacement sway bar bushings

Postby atl_pathfinder » Mon Apr 16, 2018 5:48 pm

I have grown increasingly frustrated with the rough ride and decide to try replacing the rear sway bar bushings. I swung by an auto parts store thinking itd be a cheap, quick fix. Got the truck jacked up and the bracket off. The old ones didn’t look too bad but I’d come this far. Turns out the new ones were gigantic. Check out this video for how loose they were. I put the old one back on and I guess I’ll return the new ones.

Never done this job before. Do you think I got fronts instead of rears? They seemed to be the same part. Maybe simply a crummy cheap imported part?

It's probably a front bushing.

Looks like it. Would recommend getting the updated Nissan part. Takes <1 week to get it.
