2008 Pathfinder/Titan/Armada info available Jan 31st

Postby RacerZX » Mon Jan 29, 2007 7:51 pm

Be at www.nissansportmag.com on Jan 31 for details on the all new '08 Titan, Pathfinder, and Armada. We will officially release info and pics on the three trucks at 9 p.m. Pacific, midnight Eastern, this Wednesday (the very second Nissan's embargo on this information expires). News on one of these vehicles will be especially juicy... We'll have more info on these trucks in the Spring 2007 issue of Nissan Sport, including other truck stories: Project Pathfinder gets supercharged, our Project Offroad gets into gear, and our first featured Titan. To get the new issue (releasing in April), subscribe here.

Damn, if I'd only held out for the 5.6.

I'm glad to see Nissan is finally making a Longbed version of their pickup. thats only reason I have been critical of their Titans. The lack of a long bed automatically excludes a lot of consumers who either need or think they need the space for full 4x8 sheets of plywood. I wonder if they will keep a long bed if you opt for the Crew Cab models or if they force you back to a short bed.

I was wondering if they would ever bring a v8. I thought they were saving it for a Infiniti version. I like the new shifter too. The new nose doesn't make as much of a statement, but the wheels are awesome.

Oh Racer, I wouldn't complain about a v8, unless you would slap your new supercharger on that. That would be crazy power.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining in the slightest. The V8 is going to only have 320HP and it'll probably be heavier, though as an OEM option it'll probably be cheaper than a supercharger installed unless they force people into LE trim to get it.

I cant wait to see the 4x4 of the year competition now that the Pathfinder will have a V8. We allready out perform with our 4.0 litres, the Durango, 4Runner, and Exploder all of which have a V8's. Can you say HEMI WHAT??
