CD Changer Question
Oh yeah, it's the geek bling with flashing lights, just can't get enough.

I have an 06 Sport DCi with factory nav. Changer is eating discs and is non-repairable. Part number is 28185-EB600 and costs £1500 new. I have been offered a changer from a Navara part no. 28185-EB610. Dash looks the same (I think). Can anyone offer any advice re: compatability please.
