Are you buying the whole headlight assembly? If so, I would assume it would fit as far as the sheet metal / bumper / grill is concerned. I'm not too familiar with projectors. Do you know if the assembly uses the same plug for power?

They should bolt right in and the plug should be the same assuming that they are not HID lights.

They look good, where did you find them?

it seems that they changed the shape of the bumper and grille so the lights may not fit. the following came from the top speed sight.

The revised models have been given a new look front and rear to differentiate them from their predecessors. Changes at the front include a new bonnet, revised grille and a new bumper assembly. Adding 80mm to the length of both models, the bumper is more rounded and lends a more sporting touch to the cars.

There’s a new headlamp design with distinctive projector styling where Xenon lamps are fitted (Pathfinder only). Headlamps washers now pop-up from beneath body colour moulding in the bumpers. There’s a new 18 inch alloy wheel to complement the existing range of 16 inch (steel and alloy) and 17 inch (alloy) designs. V6 models, meanwhile, are given a discreet V6 badge at the leading edge of both front doors while V6 Pathfinders also gain a new side moulding across the doors.

I'm pretty sure these are the same as the changes that were made to the US version starting with the '08 model year.

Many car manufactures are starting to present Xenon HID kit as an option on mid variety cars and usual equipment for the top of the line vehicles.

Has anybody tried these yet? I would be interested to see if these fit since some kits have not worked on an '08.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm wondering if anyone out there has tried importing these lights from a left hand drive overseas market?

I can't imagine they wouldn't fit the 2008+ US market Pathfinders, which already had the same structural/cosmetic 'facelift' that was given to the 2011 R51 in the rest of the world? If the tabs were still a little different, I wouldn't think it would take much modification to make them work.

They would be a lot nicer than any other option (clear euro turn signals, OEM quality lens coatings, euro HID beam cutoffs).

Surprisingly, I can't seem to find ANY info of anyone even trying...

Interesting. I never noticed they get different headlights in Europe.
I've swapped Euro lights on other cars before, and if it's anything like that, it will be a bolt-on affair. Manufacturers don't tend to change a lot for plugs and tabs if they don't absolutely have to.

It wouldn't be inexpensive, but you would have high quality bixenon lights, not the cheap Chinese junk. I'm guessing it would cost around $1k or more for new ones.

There may very well be a difference between EU and UK headlights as well, but I can't confirm that. I know from other car brands that you cannot simply install right hand drive headlights, because they're pointing in the wrong direction, and that cannot always be adjusted.
