Wanted to share some of my personal detailing experience for people that are interested in quality products and quality results.

I highly recommend visiting the web site http://www.properautocare.com

There is a lot of really good information on this site with quality products for detailing professionals and car enthusiasts.

I have purchased and used the following with exceptional results on various cars.

I purchased the Porter Cable Dual Action (DA) Polisher. http://www.properautocare.com/basporcab74p.html

I purchased the Blackfire Clay
http://www.properautocare.com/blpoiiclba.html

I also purchased 3 products made by Menzerna, which is a company in germany that has been making polishes, compounds and waxes since 1888.
Final Polish II - http://www.properautocare.com/menfinpol.html
Finishing Touch Glaze - http://www.properautocare.com/mefitogl.html
FMJ (Full Molecular Jacket) - http://www.properautocare.com/menzernafmj.html

Couple of additional comments.
Claying your car provides some amazing results that you will really notice when you Feel your cars paint after finishing. I highly recommend this step regardless of brand polishes/sealants/waxes used.

My friend has used the McGuire's product line and has really liked the results from their products. They also make a Clay Bar product, and the separate Polishes, Glazes and Waxes....and are sold on the ProperAutoCare web site.

Hope this helps some of you that really want to get after it!

Autoglym. Either the HD or Super Resin Polish. Found that it is the best shine and easiest application so far.

I got some of that motorized spray Simoniz from my father. So I didn't want to be a real jerk so I took it and thanked him. Now I am quite the Mequiars snob and have used all their higher class waxes with microfiber towels. Well, the Black Tahoe was going and it had not been waxed in a year. So I wiped it down in about 5 minutes with the Simoniz. Took so little time I did the windows, lights and wheels. The brake dust just wiped off just as easy. It rained later in the week and my truck looked great. The water just beaded off. Usually the dirt adheres to the finish and the truck looks dirty just standing there. So I spayed the wax on a week later and it looked better than brand new and felt even better. I'll never admit to it in public but that lazy man's wax really worked. Go figure.
