lights and guages!

So i have no headlights, taillights, turn signals, interior lights, corner lights, or guages. I havnt done anything to the car except give it a tuneup when they quit working. I've checked all fuses and replaced both relays by the fusebox and now im lost.

Nobody has any ideas? I will except anything that i haven't thought of trying already I need to get this thing on the road!!!
