Blue tooth scanner

I thought I read about this earlier on this forum but, I can't seem to find it. I just got an EVO 4g and I am being immersed in the possibilities of these phones and was reading on how the iPhone has a scanner but android doesn't (or do they?) I was just wondering if you guys had information links, input or what not on the subject. Maybe even a flasher would be possible to retune our ECU's cheaper and easier such as for towing or just a daily commute?
