Wondering this myself. It will be a while until i get new tires, but id like to know what is the max size i can run without doing any modifications to the suspension/body.

At to the Nitto's, i had them on my suv i had before the PF, (GMC Enovy) and i really like them. They were amazing in the snow, wore really good, and i thought they looked pretty decent.

Sorry, didn't see the original question. With a 16" wheel, a 265/75/16 is the largest you can safely go without rubbing. That's the largest size that is OEM for the 16" wheels. However, if you have one of the wheels fully turned & compressed (the suspension for that wheel actually), it will rub a little, but that's a very extreme situation that isn't encountered too often.

Liking the looks of these myself.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to keep that in mind when i get new tires as i really want something bigger and a little more aggresive looking.

They aren't cheap, but neither are the other good tires out there. With the Duratrac, you get kind of the best of both worlds. I'd say they are the best tires that blend elements of all terrain and mud terrain.

Has anyone bought tires online and taken them to tire shop to have them installed? Looks like you can get'em a lot cheaper.

Yes. I've bought mine from tirerack.com. Had them installed at my local shop. It all depends on what deal you can get locally and such. Here are my two situations.
Bought an 04 Mazda 6 S. It needed tires. Found the tires I wanted on tire rack and with shipping and install at my local shop, I still save 100 bucks. However about a year later I needed tires for my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Decided on the tires I wanted, but with the shipping it was more money purchasing online then it was buying the same tires at my local Sam's club. So I bought them at Sams.

You will just need to see what what kind of deals your local shop will do for you.

What do you guys think of these tires. Not really wanting to spend $950 bucks for a set Duratracs. I can get these for $675 installed otd. I don't think they look to bad.

i loved my old set of Cooper Discoverer ATs (the 4 block ones before the ATRs, which i didn't think were aggressive enough or i might have gone with them over the Yokos i have now).

can't say anything about these in particular, but as for cooper AT tires, my old set handled everything i came across (winters in WI, summers in NM, MT, CA, and UT). they saw a good deal of off road and lotsa hwy in between. if you go with them i would be very interested to hear your thoughts (my yokos still have a lot of life on them, but i did really like my coopers)
