Complete OME suspension package from Rock Road on the way!!

Postby oldspower71 » Fri Mar 09, 2012 9:23 am

Hey as the title states I have a complete package that I ordered 4 weeks ago that just shipped out today. I am very excited. New struts, shocks, coil springs, trim packers (strut spacers), and camber adjustment bolts. I also went to Nissan and got strutnbearings and strut mounts. Can anyone please tell me if there is ANYTHING else that I need??? The guy at Rocky Road said there is no driveshaft adj/ext necessary since its not an aggressive lift. Makes sense to me but I would like to hear from someone who has installed this kit themselves to point out any potentially problematic areas. I am having a couple buddies over next weekend and we are gonna knock this out over a couple cases of Corona. I dont wanna have the guys come out, all of us buzzed up, and realize that I didnt get something important.....or realize a driveshaft is 1/2" too short. Any help is appreciated. :D [/b] This is a 2002 Pathfinder SE 4x4

Thanks for the help!
Here is a pre-lift picture

Lift and new 33s

What a Huge difference. 33s went on with little effort after the OME lift. Had to remove the splash guards and then they fit fine. Virtually no body roll on any on/off ramps or normal turns (was horrible before).

The guys at Rocky Road are awesome. He chatted with me for an hour about my cars and his. He got me the whole setup (OME struts, heavy duty+trim packers) for 850 shipped instead of 850 + shipping.

Before hiring any packers and movers, verify that they are found both at the source goal and in addition the last goal. This won't just facilitate the migration procedure for you, yet will likewise give you affirmation with respect to the organization. In the event that conceivable, attempt to meet the packers and movers in advance and have a word with them in regards to the entire migration process. This will help you to show signs of improvement comprehension of the nature of administration rendered by them. It's smarter to require some investment and settle on to an option that is, as opposed to hurrying into things.
