Rancho QuickLift Installation

I just bought a set of Rancho Loaded quick lift front struts and rancho XL rear shocks / spacer kit. I am thinking about installing the parts myself, are there any special tricks or tools that I will need to do this?

If I do the install myself I will probably have to wait a few weeks to have a free weekend to get the parts in. How long should a job like this take to get all four corners done? I am figuring it would probably be a whole day of work assuming I don't have to run out and get any special tools in the middle of working on it. But never doing any suspension work before I don't know quite what I am getting into either.
