Design flaw?

Postby nutbar78 » Mon Jun 25, 2012 6:53 pm

So we've gotten a lot of rain here on the island the last few days, and being the big kid I am, I've been splashing around in some deep puddles. I can't be just me, it really seems like A LOT of water comes back onto the the windshield. This doesn't make any sense to me.....Why does the splash water come back onto the windshield????

The first time I went through a big puddle...quickly.....I nearly sh*t myself.

I prefer to call it perfect car wash engineering rather than a design flaw :) I had the same experience first time I went to play in the puddles.

wow. mine does the complete opposite. all the splashing is outside the car, and only a few drops on the windshield.

i'm running Michelin LTX

Maybe your not going fast enough through the puddles lol!

I also noticed a lot of water on the windshield when splashing around. Maybe a huge brush guard might stop some of that water.
