Removing the lining from my boot

Hi all

Ive 2 dents in my pathfinder which were there when i got it, its like he had a tall trailer and locked it too far on both sides so i wanted to try and smack them out, is it easy to remove the lining? these dents are just an inch up the side from the tail lights
