First vehicle I learned to drive. 1969 John Deere 2020. Yeah, that's me on the farm in Iowa. Age 10?
1972 Monte Carlo. This isn't mine but looks just like it.
1974 Pontiac Grand Am. Yes, that's me in high school.
1983 Honda Nighthawk 650. Freshman year of college.
1981 Subaru GL 4x4 Wagon. Got this after I blew up the motor in the Grand Am.
1983 Cadillac Coupe deVille. Traded the Subaru for one similar to this when I graduated college.
1988 Chevy Corsica. First new car after Caddy got totaled. Then two years later, after I joined the Navy, traded this Corsica for a new 1989 Corsica. Only a year newer but no miles and more options.
1987 Ford Ranger. Bought one similar to this when I returned from the first Gulf War in 1991.
1996 Dodge Intrepid. Traded the second Corsica for this after I got out of the Navy and moved to Maryland.
2003 Ford Explorer. Bought one like this new in 2003. Wife still drives it.
.5: 1999 Kawasaki KX 500. Had this for a few years until my back couldn't take the beating any more. Never race but had a blast with it.
2002 Chevy S10. Bought this after I hit a deer with the Intrepid and the insurance totaled it.
2007 Chrysler Pacifica. Bought used in 2010. Gave the S10 to my son to drive.
2000 Olds Intrigue. Bought used in 2011 for my daughter to drive.
Then of course, the current ride. 2012 Silver Edition. Just rolled over 6000 miles.
