Jack Storage Behind the Third Row Seats....

Isn't it silly that Nissan didn't make the jack storage compartment better? I'm mean it has these little shallow compartments, yet there is room in the compartment to make them deeper. At least deep enough for a tow strap or a set of jumper cables. Just venting...

If they did that, people wouldn't call AAA for help when they needed a jump, because they didn't have cables. Plus they think it's for mall crawling, nothing to use a tow strap for.

I agree. Frustrating isn't it? I guess we will just have to continue coming up with other creative owner installed/modified options for them. Do we know if there is room in the pathfinder frame to "deepen" that rear jack compartment? Or is the plastic jack holder molded to the metal frame? I know... silly question..
