IPOD interface for 2008 SE

I purchased a gay iSimple from best buy but hate the menu selections.

What do you guys use? Do you like it??

No, I don't want to install aftermarket head unit

I have not found anything yet. Can't justify the price Nissan wanted for their cable. Also, I have the bose,nav/xm radio and it's hard to find a cable that will hook up with all three.
