I've searched but can't seem to find any other information regarding the clock issue I'm having. I've tested every menu item in the Nissan control and all work as they should except the clock. As soon as I select the adjust option to set the time, the control panel restarts.
When I purchased it, the vehicle had a dead battery. So I couldn't tell you if it was working correctly prior to that. I'm aware of the clock TSB, but I don't think that applies. Not sure if the same fix (firmware update) would work, but just thought I'd throw it out here to see if anybody else has ever experienced this before trying the dealer.
