2013 S Model

I have the S model. The display is very tacky. Does anyone know if you can get the oem nav system put in that place or an aftermarket one

Since this is a brand new model, you probably aren't going to find anything on the aftermarket, yet. As far as the Nav system, typically Nissan has used different main electrical harnesses between Nav and non-Nav models. I doubt that it's available as a dealer accessory, but wouldn't hurt to check with your dealer just to see. With aftermarket stuff, check with Crutchfield.com; if they can't help you, likely nobody can.
