Guys, thank you all for the answers ... But I would like to know - because of what my baby could be so much fuel? Not whether it was after sitting down my battery? Not did this affect fuel consumption?mersamoi wrote:Hello! Wow! That's much better than what I'm getting. Are you running premium fuel? I am, and I thought that would translate to better mileage.disallow wrote:I should clarify my mileage with some conditions:
Winter - Temps -10C to -30C - 50/50 City/Hwy, lots of idling - 18L/100km (13MPG)
Winter - Temps -10C to -30C - 30/70 City/Hwy, minimal idling - 15L/100km (15.6MPG)
Summer - Temps 10C to 20C - 50/50 City/Hwy, lots of idling - 15L/100km (15.6MPG)

I do have a Superchips tuner, but am only running the stock tune right now. Fuel is Co-op 87 regular. These numbers get a lot worse when my wife is driving, little Miss Heavy foot...gear1975 wrote:Wow! That's much better than what I'm getting. Are you running premium fuel? Are there some other things I should be doing to increase the mileage? I'm in "auto" for about 1/4 of the time due to snowy and icy roads right now. Should I maybe get a new performance air filter, or chip mod, or something?
Thanks!
