Transmission level dipstick ?

anyone know where it is ? Iwas looking at a pathfinder today, wanted to check that but I couldn't seem to find the dipstick, where the heck is it ?

It is located on the left side on the engine (facing it) and is bolted down by 10mm bolt. To measure the fluid level, re-insert the dipstick with mounting bracket facing away from its mounting position and push it in further down.

A-Ha! I was looking for that too. My last suv, an 02 ford explorer did not have a tranny dipstick! They have a drain plug and fill plug like a differential, and ford wants you to take it to the dealer for service.
