Reduce roadnoise when talking through car?

Postby jason1245 » Sun Mar 21, 2010 7:41 am

I have a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder LE fully loaded. When talking through bluetooth on Pathfinder I get alot of roadnoise... any way to reduce that? Especially if i am on the interstate it almost where you cant talk on it. I have tried with any iphone and blackberry and i dont think the phone makes a difference i think its the system. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks everyone!!!

I have the same problem, I was debating on trying to figure out how to insulate the cabin better, or maybe figure out how to install a noise canceling microphone.

Don't know if this helps, but have you looked into BlueAnt? They have really good technology for reducing noise.

The Supertooth 3 also features advanced Digital Signal Processing software that eliminates noise and gives you outstanding audio quality, regardless of whether the car is stationary or travelling at high speed. It even adjusts sound levels to compensate for loud engine noise or external noise created when the windows are wound down.
