no, to replace timing belt you losen the TB tensioner, replace belt, and retension. It may seem like belt doesnt fit, but it does, also make sure everything is lined up correctly(teeth count etc). If you have no idea what im talking about. A)get chiltons/hanes manual, or b)take to a mechanic. Im not saying this to put you down or such, it's just from my first experience, and the experience of others, if you do this wrong, you will trash your heads.
