WTB: Nissan Pathfinder 2007+... Will Trade for my 2008 Mini

I desperately want a Nissan Pathfinder LE 2007 or above. I am shopping in the 20k range. I prefer leather seats and Navi system, oh and moon/sun roof. Must be in good condition, and I want to stick 50k miles or less.

I have a 2008 Mini Cooper I am selling. It is Red/Black and has the premium, and convience package... navi system Xenon lights, dual sun roof, multi functioning stearing wheel, cruise control, 6 speed... lots of fun! Great condition, never been wreck, ask for more questions.

Or, I will just plain buy. I want to stick around 20k. + or - 3k.
