The only interior trim problem I ever had was a broken console latch. I think the interior is pretty good compared to other makes/models out there.

The suspension on the other hand was pretty worn out by 60k!

I understand that some people just arn't happy no matter what they drive.
Mine was traded in at 5100 miles on an LX 470.
I just turned over 70k & re did the fromt brake pads. The center console latch broke, the covers came off the steps & the fuel tank sender went wako. All were covered under warranty.
I tow a 19' boat many times in the summer & haul 3 grand kids at the same time. The inter has stood up to ice cream, candy & wet bathing suits.
I think it's the best vehicle I've owned in recient years & I generally trad off about every 3 years. I think this one's a keeper.

I have 60k on mine and still love it. I have not had any interior problems so far. the truck stands up to all that I put it through.

I'm assuming that you are talking about a Pathfinder? Not to sound like a complete ass or anything, but it is generally well known that SUVs don't get similar mpg as cars.

I can totally understand trading it in if you don't like it. I'd do the same. What did you trade it in for?

I like my interior and I never expected great gas mileage it's pretty much a brick with a motor and wheels. I did want a rugged SUV that could take a beating that I could afford (bought used) and that's what I got. All vehicles out there have their own problems, just hang out on a few boards and you will see. TO each their own though.

I just traded in a 2000 Durango R/T - 5.9L.

I feel like I get great gas mileage! I went from about 14mpg to about 18.5-20. It's all relative my friend.

And I love the interior of my LE (2005)!

It is too bad that bypath had so many problems with his Pathy. He quickly developed a slighty- biased opinion due to his issues. Good luck with whatever he gets in place of the Pathy.

I'm getting around 18 on mine... considering my wife gets about 22 on her Altima, i don't think it's that bad...

I think the frustrating thing is that 18 gallons goes to fast.. wish i had a bigger tank...

Seems like I read alot of people getting only 18 to 20mpg. Is that on average, or are yall talking about highway mpg? Alot of you have the 4WD, so I can understand getting under 20 mpg on the highway.

My 2WD gets 22 to 23 on the highway. I average about 17/18 for my daily, around town commuting. Btw, I am pretty heavy on the pedal.

Mine is 4WD w/ both AUTO mode and 2WD mode. I just bought it and have done all of my driving in 2WD. My average for a tank with probably 3/4 of it highway is 18-20. I tried a week of cruise control at 70 and got 20, and a week at 75 and got 18-ish. I think this was with 87 octane. I was thinking maybe 91/93 is recommended maybe that would improve it a bit, but I've only tried mid grade (89) and didn't see any change from what I can tell. But I only just got it and haven't had time to do a lot of analysis yet...
