Rear Hatch lift supports

Postby Rheller » Wed Nov 26, 2008 7:20 pm

My 2008 lift supports are not holding the hatch up anymore. I am trying to find a cross reference for strongarm or other manufactures but am having no luck. any help?

Mine are getting a bit "tired" too. I'll just take it back to the dealer for replacement.

Is this helpful:
http://www.autopartsbylou.com/lift-supp ... &x=16&y=10

You could buy direct from whatever that company is or use the detailed specifications to cross reference the specifications with the Strong Arm site.

To cross reference you will need to use this page:
http://www.avmind.com/std_lift_support.asp

and this page:
http://www.avmind.com/connectors.asp

Or you could hit up the local Advanced Auto, Autozone, Oreillys or Sears and have them pull up their parts book to find it directly.

Just hit up your local parts store. You can get aftermarket ones for a good price that work just as good as OEM.
