Will newer model Pathfinders body parts fit my 99?

Hi all, I just bought a 99 Pathfinder SE fully loaded, and im just curious as to something. I hate my grille, will a newer model fit my rig? i'm assuming that i'd have to replace the hood, fenders and headlights and possibly bumper too. Im fine with doing all of this to update the look of my ride, but i dont want to buy a parts car to have nothing fit....
