Today's drive belts use EDPM construction and don't show wear like Neoprene belts do...or "did"....years ago. They can last over 100,000 miles and show little signs of wear, unlike Neoprene belts which would last half that long. EDPM belts tend to wear on the sides of the rib without affecting the rib's height. After many miles, the gap between the side of the ribs and the valleys of the pulley can lead to noise and lack of traction. You might be able to get to 150,000 miles. Personally, I like to replace mine around 100,000 miles. I prefer to stick with genuine Nissan or Bando brand belts.
