Additional battery/power system

Additional battery/power system

I'm planning to do a lot of camping out of my '08 Pathfinder LE this summer. Most of the time I'll be at racetracks which have RV power hookups. What I'd love to do is build a second battery/electrical system in the car that would run a ceiling mounted 25" monitor and a 12V chiller/fridge and a 110 power inverter (and misc chargers, etc). I'm thinking the best way to do this is to get a deep cycle battery and a charger and build them into the vehicle somewhere, then run a power cord out of that I can attach to the RV hook ups.

Has anyone done this? Thoughts on where to place the battery/charger? I tried searching but the search here is pretty rough so I didn't find much.

I'm interested in doing this as well, but I cant see a way to mount a second battery under the hood, and I'm not crazy about putting it in the passenger compartment. Have you made any progress?
