Tail Light Swap

:?: Hello everyone I am trying to find out if 2000 pathfinder taillights will fit a 1997 pathfinder I really dont like the way the stock ones look and think it would look much better so any help will be appreciated.

yes they will. mechanically. as in bolts and fit.
You may have to rewire the lights though, as the bulb locations/order may be different. (ie turn signals on top, vs. middle or reverse, or whatever.)
I installed Infiniti QX4 lamps on my 99.5 and they are even better in my opinion as they are clear and red. but I had to rewire the lamps completely as the bulbs and sockets were different locations and did not fasten into the housings from each other. easy enough as I got the pigtails with the lamps from the donor vehicle. Which you should do too, if you do this.
