Exhausts

Postby Pathy » Fri Jun 30, 2006 7:59 pm

Looking for an aftermarket exhaust for my 2006 Pathy LE. I know Gibson makes one, anyone else?

How about headers?

It's really hard to find anything out there...

These guys have both exhaust and headers listed for the 05 Frontier, the headers should work on a Pathfinder with minor modifications at most, give them a call and see what they say.

Think I'm going to get the Gibson exhaust and K&N intake for now.

Does anyone know how the Gibson sounds? I'm looking for a deep throaty kind of growl... no fart cans...

Triffid installed a Gibson exhaust on his Pathy. He is the one that can answer your question on how it sounds.

Doesn't the Muffler on the gibson hang out? It looks like a giant canister from the pics I've seen looks like it might scrape if you go offroading.

The exhaust hangs just slightly below the frame rails (1/2")... The sound is a lower growl at idle... It does make more noise at higher RPM but some of that is the aFe cold air kit... Hope this helps......... Triffid
