2014 4Runner looks.....different

Postby skinny2 » Sun Aug 11, 2013 8:12 am

Crossing 100k on my PF which is the longest I've kept a vehicle in a long time. I keep thinking someone will bring out something I like better and was hoping the '14 4Runner might be an option. But...wow....I don't know if I could be seen in this thing. The Ltd (last image) is the only one that's tolerable...I suppose. For the price and mediocre gas mileage I might as well go back to a full-size. Does anyone find this attractive??

If they did a better job on the nose, it would look alright. Still rather be in that than an R52!

That's a given.

With the 4Runner, it's the proverbial bag over the ugly chicks head. The nose is just really bad. I think I could live with the Ltd if that big silver fake bumper thing was black or body colored.

No V8, so it's a no go for me. I'd have to go full size.

+1000

If that's all I had to choose from, and it is quickly getting to that point, I'd get one. At least I know I could reliably drive it on or off road, as opposed to 90% of the other so-called SUV or crossover variants currently on the market.
