Hey guys, if anyone is interested, I just completed my chains a few weeks ago, and I have the J-48761 ring gear stopper tool that I will sell for a reasonable offer. There's also a post separate than this for it. I have a little over $100 in it. I know you can do the job without it, but it really made things easier when realigning all the timing marks since all the cams like to dance around when you remove the chains. And it keeps the crank locked in place, while you put a big freakin' breaker bar on the harmonic balancer bolt. My brand new Ingersol-Rand impact couldn't get her loose!

Mine started making whining noise around 68k miles. I replaced upper chains and tensioners at 109k.
